He was selected in the second round of the 2004 Major League Baseball Draft out of Trimble Technical High School in Fort Worth, Texas.Gallardo is listed at 6'2" and 210 pounds.He has showcased impressive hitting skills for a pitcher. In 238 career at-bats, he has an average of .218 with eleven home runs and twenty-eight RBIs.He regularly throws four pitches: a fastball, curveball, slider, and changeup with a lot of movement.The piece is a 9x12 vertical black marble finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the sport card. A 3 x 3 ½ authentic hand signed in blue ink, color sports card by Yovani Gallardo is centered in a white mat with a golden outline around the card. The words "Yovani Gallardo Milwaukee Brewers" are placed in golden ink across the top of the white mat. On the lower part of the mat the number "49" is inscribed in blue letters. The card is authenticated by Upper Deck, a copy of the back of the card is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a vertical plaque holder.
