The Collectible Store is proud to present, Van Helsing. Van Helsing is a 2004 American horror action film directed by Stephen Sommers. It stars Hugh Jackman as vigilante monster hunter Gabriel Van Helsing, and Kate Beckinsale as Anna Valerious. The film is an homage and tribute to the Universal Horror Monster films from the 1930s and '40s (also produced by Universal Studios which were in turn based on novels by Bram Stoker and Mary Shelley), of which director Stephen Sommers is a fan. The piece is a matted 9 x 12 horizontal cherry  finish wooden plaque.   Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the trading card. A  2½  x  3½  trading card of Van Helsing  , with a piece of the Van Helsing costume, placed on a red mat with the inscription in silver ink  "  Van Helsing , Material from Costume”. The certificate of  Authenticity (COA) is  from Comic Images. The copy of the trading card from Comic Images  is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. It includes a horizontal plaque holder attached to the back. The piece weighs  2 pounds.
