As a sophomore at the University of San Francisco in 2005, Cousins batted .309 with 30 RBIs, 13 stolen bases, and 7 home runs. On the mound, he went 8–5 with a 2.64 ERA and 76 strikeouts. Cousins was drafted by the Marlins in the third round of the 2006 Major League Baseball Draft out of the University of San Francisco. The piece is a 7x9 vertical cherry finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and card. A 2.5x3.5 color sports card is hand signed in black ink by Scott Cousins and is centered in a orange mat. A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters “Scott Cousins San Francisco Authentic Signature”. Authenticated by Dunruss and a copy of the back of the card is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a vertical plaque holder. The piece weighs 1 pounds.
