 Product Description

Collectible Store is proud to present, Sandy Koufax. He's the greatest left-handed pitcher in the history of Major League Baseball, now you can take him home with this exquisite Sandy Koufax autographed frame. Sanford "Sandy" Koufax is a retired American baseball player. As a left-handed pitcher, he played his entire Major League Baseball (MLB) career for the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers, from 1955 to 1966. He retired at the peak of his career, and in 1972 became the youngest player ever elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame, aged 36 years and 20 days. The piece is a 7x9 vertical cherry plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and photo. A 4x5 color action photo of Sandy Koufax throwing a baseball is hand signed in blue ink and is centered in a black mat. A name card is positioned below the picture with the inscription in black letters “Sandy Koufax - Hall of Fame-1972”. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from Professional Forensics Examiner Christopher L. Morales and hologram are enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a vertical plaque holder. The piece weighs 2 pounds. Certificate # CM 07056
