She began her film career as a dancer in films in the 1940s before moving on to small film roles. The piece is 8x10 placed in a 10x12 vertical black wooden frame with 1 inch in depth with glass. Tru Vue Conservation Grade 99% UV protection glass was used to protect the piece. A 5x7 black and white photo of Sally Forrest while filming, hand signed in black ink is centered on the top part of the frame in a black mat with gold colored borders. A gold colored name plate is centered below the signed photo with the engraving in black letters "Sally Forrest Author & Theater Producer Author of "The Barren Patch" 1989"". The Certificate of Authentication from PAAS hologram # MF 14773 is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the frame.
