Cerone was drafted by the Cleveland Indians with the seventh overall pick in the first round of the 1975 MLB Draft. He made his MLB debut on August 17, 1975. The piece is a 11x14 placed in a 13x16 vertical solid black wooden frame with 1 inch in depth with glass.
