Collectible Store is proud to present, Richard Graeme Thompson, is a Major League Baseball relief pitcher in the Toronto Blue Jays organization. Thompson was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Anaheim Angels on 13 February 2002. Thompson had his contract purchased by the Angels' major league club on 1 September, 2007, marking the first time he was on the major league roster. He made his major league debut on that same day against the Texas Rangers. The piece is a 7x9 vertical cherry finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph andcard. A 2.5x3.5 sports card is hand signed in blue ink by Rich Thompson and is centered in a navy blue mat. A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters “Rich Thompson Angels Authentic Signature”. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from TOPPS. A copy of the back of the card is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a vertical plaque holder. The piece weighs 1 pounds.
