Bergen appeared in many film roles, most notably in the original Cape Fear (1962) opposite Gregory Peck and Robert Mitchum. She had roles in three Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis comedy films in the early 1950s: At War with the Army, That's My Boy and The Stooge. Later roles included Mrs. Vernon-Williams in Cry-Baby, a John Waters film. The piece is 11x14 placed in a 13x16 vertical black wooden frame with 1 inch in depth with glass. Tru Vue Conservation Grade 99% UV protection glass was used on this piece to protect the autograph and photo. An 8x10 black and white photo of Polly Bergen, hand signed is centered in a black mat with silver borders on the frame. A silver colored name plate is placed below the photo with the engraving in black letters "Polly Bergen" followed by a brief description of her triumphs. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from JG Autographs SKU # 1131465-1 is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the frame.
