Collectible Store is proud to present, Norman Milton Lear (born July 27, 1922) is an American television writer and producer who produced such 1970s sitcoms as All in the Family, Sanford and Son, One Day at a Time, The Jeffersons, Good Times, and Maude. As a political activist, he founded the advocacy organization People For the American Way in 1981 and has supported First Amendment rights and progressive causes. He is credited with helping to give many African Americans career opportunities in the television industry. The piece is a 11x14 placed in a 15x19 horizontal solid black wooden frame with 1 inch in depth with glass. Tru Vue Conservation Grade 99% UV Protection was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and photo. A 4x6 color photo of Norman Lear is centered in a black mat with white borders on the frame. A cut card signature of Norman Lear in black ink is placed below the photo. A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters “Norman Lear American Television Writer & Producer”. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from PAAS #MF14677 is enclosed in an envelope and attached to a white mat on the back of the frame. The frame includes a vertical frame holder attached to the back. The piece weighs 4 pounds.
