The Collectible Store is proud to present,  Nolan Ryan.  Lynn Nolan Ryan, Jr. , nicknamed "The Ryan Express", is a former Major League Baseball pitcher and chief executive officer (CEO) of the Texas Rangers.  During a major league record 27-year baseball career, he pitched in 1966 and from 1968 to 1993 for four different teams: the New York Mets, California Angels, Houston Astros, and Texas Rangers. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1999. Ryan, a hard-throwing, right-handed pitcher, threw pitches that were regularly recorded above 100 miles per hour (161 km/h).  The high velocity remained throughout his career, even into his 40s. Ryan was also known to throw a devastating 12–6 curveball at exceptional velocity for a breaking ball.   The piece is a matted 7 x 9 vertical  black marble finish wooden plaque.  Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and lithograph.   A  3  x 5 vertical color lithograph  of  Nolan Ryan,  hand signed in blue ink, is placed on a black mat,   on the plaque.    A  name card  is positioned below the signed photo with the inscription in black ink " Nolan Ryan   All Time "Strike out King ".   The certificate of  Authenticity (COA) from Professional Forensics Examiner Christopher L. Morales hologram # CM 03570  is enclosed in an envelope and attached on the back of the plaque.  It includes a vertical  plaque holder attached to the back.  The piece  weighs  1 pound.
