A controversial and polarizing figure during his early career, Ali is today widely regarded for the skills he displayed in the ring plus the values he exemplified outside of it: religious freedom, racial justice and the triumph of principle over expedience. He is one of the most recognized sports figures of the past 100 year.  The piece is a 12x15 vertical black marble finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and photo. An 8x10 black and white action photo is hand signed in black ink by Muhammad Ali. Also, a 4x6 black and white photo is centered on the bottom part of the mat next to a black name plate with the engraving in gold letters  “Muhammad Ali 3-Time Heavyweight Champion The Greatest Of All Time”.  The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from Professional Forensics Examiner Christopher L. Morales and hologram are enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a vertical plaque holder. The piece weighs 3 pounds. Certificate # CM 09041.
