The Collectible Store  is proud to present, Mickey Mantle. Mickey Mantle was an American baseball player nicknamed "The Commerce Comet" or "The Mick". He was a Major League Baseball (MLB) centerfielder and first baseman for the New York Yankees for 18 seasons, from 1951 through 1968. Mantle is regarded by many to be the greatest switch hitter of all time, and one of the greatest players in baseball history. The piece is a 9x12 horizontal brown wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and photo. A 4x6 color photo of Mickey Mantle is placed on the right side of the plaque in a black mat. A name card is positioned to the left of the picture, hand signed in blue ink, with the inscription in black ink “Mickey Mantle "The Commerce Comet” followed by a brief description of his triumphs. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from Professional Forensics Examiner Christopher L. Morales and hologram  Certificate # CM 17714 are enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a horizontal plaque holder. The piece weighs 2 pounds.
