The Collectible Store is proud to present,  Mickey Mantle .Mickey Charles Mantle - nicknamed "The Commerce Comet" or "The Mick", was an American professional baseball player. He was a Major League Baseball (MLB) centerfielder and first baseman for the New York Yankees for 18 seasons, from 1951 through 1968. Mantle is regarded by many to be the greatest switch hitter of all time, and one of the greatest players in baseball history. Mantle was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1974 and was elected to the Major League Baseball All-Century Team in 1999.  The piece is 16x20 placed in a 20x24 horizontal cherry wooden frame with 1 inch in depth with glass. Clear glass was used on this fine piece to protect the authograph and photos. A 5x7 vertical color lithograph of Mickey Mantle hand signed in blue ink is centered in a black mat with white borders around the photo. The piece includes 8 (3½ x4) vertical color photos of Mickey Mantle placed around the mat. A black name plate is centered in the mat with the engraving in gold letters "Mickey Mantle Hall of Fame-1974".
