The Collectible Store is proud to present Matt Tolbert. Christopher Matthew Tolbert is an American professional baseball infielder in the Philadelphia Phillies organization. After graduating from Centreville Academy in 2000, Tolbert attended University of Mississippi for four years; he was later drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in 2003 and the Minnesota Twins in 2004. Tolbert was selected by the Minnesota Twins in the 16th Round (481st overall) of the 2004 Major League Baseball Draft. Tolbert got his first major league hit on April 2, 2008, in the 3rd inning off Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim pitcher Joe Saunders. On April 11, 2008, Tolbert had his first career major league RBI against Kansas City Royals pitcher Gil Meche. The piece is a (7 x 9) vertical cherry finish wooden plaque. A 2½ x 3½ vertical sport card of Matt Tolbert, is on a white mat. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the trading card. A gold name plate is placed below the signed photo with an inscription in black ink "Matt Tolbert" Twins Authentic Signature". The Authentic Autograph is from Topps is also enclosed in an envelope and attached on the back of the plaque. It includes a vertical plaque holder attached to the back. The piece weights 1½ pounds.
