The Collectible Store is proud to present, MATT ANGLE - is a professional baseball outfielder and currently playing with the Miami Marlins. In his earlier year, Angle was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the seventh round of the 2007 Major League Baseball Draft, beginning his professional career that season. He played for the Aberdeen IronBirds in 2007, hitting .301 with 34 stolen bases in 61 games. In 2008, he hit .287 with 37 stolen bases for the Delmarva Shorebirds. The next season, he played for the Frederick Keys (123 games) and Bowie Baysox (eight games), hitting a combined .292 with 42 stolen bases. With the BaySox and Norfolk Tides in 2010, Angle hit .278 with 29 stolen bases.He made his major league debut on July 17, 2011. He played in 31 games in 2011, with a .177 batting average. Angle played for the Los Angeles Dodgers for the 2012 season and joined the Miami Marlins in Dec. 2013. The piece is a 9x12 black marble finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and card. The sports card is in color and signed by Matt Angle in blue ink displayed on an orange mat. A gold name plate is to the right of the sports card with the engraving in black letters "Matt Angle - Baltimore - Authentic Signature". The plaque includes a horizontal plaque holder. A copy of the back of the sports card is enclosed in an envelope attached to the back of the plaque. The piece weighs 2 1/2 pounds.
