Collectible Store is proud to present, Mark Steven Kotsay, is an American former professional baseball outfielder . He played for the Florida Marlins, San Diego Padres, Oakland Athletics, Atlanta Braves, Boston Red Sox, Chicago White Sox, and Milwaukee Brewers. Kotsay was selected by the Florida Marlins as the 9th pick of the 1996 Major League Baseball Draft. Kotsay appeared in 14 games for the Florida Marlins in 1997 before taking over as the team's center fielder in 1998. He was moved to right field after Gary Sheffield was traded, a position better suited for the strong throwing arm which Kotsay regularly showed off. The piece is a 7x9 vertical cherry finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and card. A 2.5x3.5 sports card is hand signed in black ink by Mark Kotsay and is centered in a black mat. A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters “Mark Kotsay Marlins Authentic Signature”. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from Donruss. A copy of the back of the card is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a vertical plaque holder. The piece weighs 1 pounds.
