Collectible Store is proud to present, Mark Adam Hensby, a an American Professional Golfer. He won the Illinois State Amateur Championship in 1994 before turning professional the following year. 2004 was a breakthrough season for Hensby as he sought to establish himself on the PGA Tour. He collected his first win at the 2004 John Deere Classic. Hensby won the Scandinavian Masters on the European Tour in 2005, and has also featured in the top 50 of the Official World Golf Rankings. The piece is a 9x12 vertical cherry finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and card. A 2.5x3.5 card is hand signed in blue ink by Mark Hensby and is centered in a burgandy mat. A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters “Mark Hensby Golf Authentic Signature”. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from Upper Deck. A copy of the back of the card is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a vertical plaque holder. The piece weighs 2 pounds.
