An 8x10 black and white photo is centered on the frame and a 3x3 cut card signature of Mae West is hand signed in blue ink and is centered in a black mat with gray borders on the frame. A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters "Mae West Actress, Singer, Playwright, Screenwriter & Sex Symbol Her Entertainment Career Spanned Seven Decades”.
