Sampson was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the fourth round of the 2009 Major League Baseball Draft. He was added to the Padres 40-man roster on November 20, 2013. The piece is a 9x12 vertical cherry finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and card. A 2.5x3.5 sports card is hand signed in blue ink by Keyvius Sampson and is centered in a black mat. A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters “Keyvius Sampson Padres Authentic Signature”. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from TOPPS. A copy of the back of the card is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a vertical plaque holder. The piece weighs 2 pounds.
