Kevin Kouzmanoff  is an American professional baseball third baseman in the Texas Rangers organization. He has played in Major League Baseball for the Cleveland Indians, San Diego Padres, Oakland Athletics and Colorado Rockies. He dedicated time and effort to make it to college baseball and get drafted. Kouzmanoff is the third of only four players in history to hit a grand slam in his first major league at-bat, after Bill Duggleby in 1898 and Jeremy Hermida in 2005, and followed by Daniel Nava in 2010.Both Kouzmanoff and Nava accomplished this feat on the first pitch they saw.  The piece is a matted 9 x 12 vertical cherry  wooden plaque.   Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the trading card . A  2½  x  3½  trading card of Kevin Kouzmanoff , with a piece of a Game Used Jersey  is placed on a blue mat with the inscription in silver ink  " Game Worn Jersey  Kevin Kouzmanoff San Diego Third Base ”. The sport card is  from Upper Deck . The copy of the trading card is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. It includes a vertical plaque holder attached to the back.
