Tomlin was promoted to the Indians to make his major league debut against the New York Yankees on July 27, 2010, where he outpitched the Yankees' CC Sabathia, earning a 4–1 win. The piece is a 7x9 vertical cherry finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and card. A 2.5x3.5 color sports card is hand signed in blue ink by Josh Tomlin and is centered in a red mat.
