The Collectible Store is proud to present, Jeremy Lee Accardo is an American professional baseball pitcher.On February 5, 2013, he signed a minor league contract with the Washington Nationals.He was released on June 26, 2013.The piece is a 9x12 vertical cherry finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear Acrylic was used on this piece to protect the autograph and baseball card. A (2½ x3½ )  color horizontal UPPER DECK baseball card, hand signed by Jeremy Accardo in blue ink is centered in a black colored mat.  A gold colored name plate is positioned below the card with the engraving in black letters "Jeremy Accardo Blue Jays Authentic Signature".  A copy of the back of the card is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque weighs 2 pounds and  includes a vertical plaque holder.
