JD Yates is also a 22 time National Finals Rodeo Qualifier and has earnings in excess of 1.3 Million in the PRCA. JD Yates started his horse training experience on the rodeo trail. At the age of 14 JD started roping heels behind his dad, Dick Yates. They spent many hours on the road, traveling to rodeos and jackpots. JD is one of the youngest cowboys to qualify for the National Finals Rodeo at the age of 15. Through the years JD and Dick qualified eleven separate times for the National Finals Rodeo. The piece is a 11x14 placed in a 13x16 vertical cherry wooden frame with 1 inch in depth with glass. Tru Vue Conservation Grade 99% UV Protection glass was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and poster. An 8x10 color poster ad from Wrangler with a photo of J.D. Yates is hand signed in black ink and is centered in a beige mat with brown borders on the frame. A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters J.D. Yates Rodeo Cowboy Star". The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from JG Autographs is enclosed in an envelope and attached to a white mat on the back of the frame. The frame includes a vertical frame holder attached to the back. The piece weighs 3 pounds.
