Despite only moderate commercial success, Parker's energetic performances - along with the wittily class-conscious spirit of his debut album Howlin' Wind - preceded the arrival of punk rock and new wave music. In addition, his quirky-blue-collar image is often believed to be a major influence on the public persona of many British musicians, most notably Elvis Costello, Paul Weller and Joe Jackson. The piece is a 11x14 placed in a 13x16 vertical black wooden frame with 1 inch in depth with Tru Vue Conservation Grade 99% UV Protection. Clear glass was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and photo. A 8x10 black and white promotional photo of Graham Parker is hand signed in blue ink and is centered in a black mat with white borders on the frame. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) is from JG Autographs enclosed in an envelope and attached to a white mat on the back of the frame.
