Collectible Store is proud to present, Elrod Jerome "Ellie" Hendricks (December 22, 1940 – December 21, 2005) was a catcher and coach in Major League Baseball. Hendricks played during a 12-year career that lasted from 1968 through 1979 for the Baltimore Orioles (1968–1972, 1973–1976, 1978–1979), Chicago Cubs (1972) and New York Yankees (1976–1977). He batted left-handed and threw right-handed. The piece is a 11x14 placed in a 14x17 vertical cherry wooden frame with 1 inch in depth with Tru Vue Conservation Grade 99% UV Protection. Clear glass was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and photo. An 8x10 color photo of Elrod Hendricks is hand signed in blue ink and is centered in a navy blue mat with white borders on the frame. A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters “Elrod Hendricks Catcher & Coach in Major League Baseball New York Yankees”. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) is from P.A.A.S #MF15161 is enclosed in an envelope and attached to a white mat on the back of the frame.
