Signed as an undrafted free agent by the California Angels in 1995, outfielder Elpidio Guzman went on hit .271/.318/.392 in his eight minor league seasons. He was a Pioneer League All-Star in 1998 while playing for the Butte Copper Kings. He peaked at AAA in 2004 playing for the Tacoma Rainiers of the Seattle Mariners organization. The piece is a 9x12 vertical black marble finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and sport card A (2½ x3½) horizontal color Fleer Showcase baseball card of Elpidio Guzman, hand signed in black ink is centered in a white mat on the plaque. A gold name plate is positioned below the card with the inscription in black ink “Elpidio Guzman' Angels Authentic Signature”. A copy of the back of the card is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a vertical plaque holder. The piece weights 2 pounds.
