Edwin Donald "Duke" Snider, nicknamed "The Silver Fox" and "The Duke of Flatbush", was a Major League Baseball center fielder and left-handed batter who played for the Brooklyn and Los Angeles Dodgers (1947–62), New York Mets (1963), and San Francisco Giants (1964). The piece is a 7 x 9 vertical black marble finish wooden plaque. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and photo. A 3½ x 5 vertical color photo of Duke Snider  , hand signed in blue ink , is placed on a black mat, on the plaque. A name card , is positioned below the signed picture, with the inscription in black ink “Duke Snider  Hall of Fame -1980 ”. The certificate of Authenticity (COA) from Professional Forensics Examiner Christopher L. Morales hologram # CM 07920 is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. It includes a vertical plaque holder on the back. The plaque weighs 1 1\2 pound.
