Collectible Store is proud to present, David Andrew McCarty, is a former first baseman and outfielder in Major League Baseball. From 1993 through 2005, McCarty played with the Minnesota Twins. McCarty, who was released by the Boston Red Sox in May 2005, refused a minor league assignment. He retired and was a Red Sox analyst on NESN from July 1, 2005 until the end of the 2008 season. The piece is a 9x12 horizontal cherry finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and card. A 2.5x3.5 sports card is hand signed in black ink by David McCarty and is centered in a navy blue mat. A golden name plate is centered next to the card with the engraving in black letters “David McCarty Minnesota Twins Authentic Signature”. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from Professional Forensics Examiner Christopher L. Morales and hologram are enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque.
