The Collectible Store is proud to present David Bromberg. Bromberg signed with the Twins as a draft-and-follow. He was highly regarded as a prospect as he moved up through their system, but he got derailed by injury in 2011, after he’d made their 40-man roster. Prior to the injury, he threw a four-seam fastball that reached the mid-90s, as well as a two-seamer that ranged from 86-92. His best pitch was a curve and he had a developing change. He’s a flyball pitcher but hasn’t had significant gopher ball problems. The Pirates signed him to a minor league deal for 2013, with an invitation to spring training. The piece is a 9 x 12 horizontal black marble finish wooden plaque. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and photo. Trading card was signed with blue ink on a 2½ x 3½ horizontal color photo of David Bromberg, placed on a white mat. A name plaque is positioned besides the signed picture, with the inscription in blue ink “David Bromberg - Red Wings - Authentic Signature”. The Certified Autograph Issue is from Topps is enclosed in an envelope and attached on the back of the frame. It includes a vertical frame holder attached to the back. The piece weighs 2½ pounds.
