Collectible Store is proud to present Craig Morton. Larry Craig Morton, is an American former professional football player. He played quarterback in the National Football League for 18 seasons, 1965-82. Morton played for the Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, and the Denver Broncos. At age 34 he revived his career with the Denver Broncos, finishing the season as the second rated passer in the AFC. Although he was suffering in the playoffs from a swollen left hip that needed to be drained, he was able to overcome the injury and become the first quarterback in NFL history to start the Super Bowl for two different teams (Dallas in Super Bowl V and Denver in Super Bowl XII). The piece is a 9x12 vertical cherry finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and card. A 2.5x3.5 sports card is hand signed in blue ink by Craig Morton and is centered in a white mat. A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters “Craig Morton Broncos Authentic Signature”. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from Upper Deck. A copy of the back of the card is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a vertical plaque holder. The piece weighs 1 pounds.
