Collectible Store is proud to present, Chubby Checker (born Ernest Evans, October 3, 1941) is an American singer-songwriter. He is widely known for popularizing the twist dance style, with his 1960 hit cover of Hank Ballard's R&B hit "The Twist".  In September 2008 "The Twist" topped Billboard's list of the most popular singles to have appeared in the Hot 100 since its debut in 1958.  The piece is a 20x24 placed in a 23x27 horizontal cherry wooden frame with 1 inch in depth with glass. Tru Vue  Conservation Grade 99% UV Protection glass was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and photo. A 14x14 color poster  and a 6x9 black and white photo is centered in a black mat with red  borders on the frame.  A Ticket - The Best Southwest Festival in 2001 is signed by Chubby Checker in black sharpie.  A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters “Chubby Checker - Authentic Signature”.  The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from PAAS # MF12522 is enclosed in an envelope and attached to a white mat on the back of the frame.
