Collectible Store is proud to present, Chubby Checker. Chubby Checker (born Ernest Evans) is an American singer-songwriter. He is widely known for popularizing the twist dance style, with his 1960 hit cover of Hank Ballard's R&B hit "The Twist". In September 2008 "The Twist" topped Billboard's list of the most popular singles to have appeared in the Hot 100 since its debut in 1958, an honor it maintained for an August 2013 update of the list.  The piece is a 14x18  placed in a 17x21 vertical cherry wooden frame with 1 inch in depth with glass. Tru Vue  Conservation Grade 99% UV Protection glass was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and CD.  An 8x8 checker board poster, a CD cover signed in black ink by Chubby Checker and a CD titled Chubby Checkers Greatest Hits and is centered in a black mat with red borders on the frame.  The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from  MEARS is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the frame.  The frame includes a vertical frame holder attached to the back. The piece weighs 5 pounds.
