Collectible Store is proud to present, Christopher B. Coghlan, is an American professional baseball outfielder for the Chicago Cubs of Major League Baseball (MLB). He was the 2009 NL Rookie of the Year. Coghlan was selected by the Florida Marlins in the 1st Round (36th overall) of the 2006 Major League Baseball Draft, and signed. Much of his time in the minors was spent switching positions from his college position of third baseman to second baseman, and eventually left fielder upon being called up to the Florida Marlins. Coghlan made his major league debut on May 8, 2009. On August 9, 2009, he set the Marlins team record for consecutive multi-hit games at 8. The piece is a 9x12 vertical cherry finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and card. A 2.5x3.5 sepia colored sports card is hand signed in blue ink by Chris Coghlan and is centered in a black mat.
