Along with Félix "Tito" Trinidad, Wilfredo Gómez, Héctor "Macho" Camacho, and Wilfred Benítez, Ortíz is considered among the best Puerto Rican boxers of all time by sports journalists and analysts.                The piece is a 14x14  placed in a 16x16 horizontal solid black wooden frame with 1 inch in depth with glass. Tru Vue  Conservation Grade 99% UV Protection was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and photo. A 8x10 black and white  photo of Carlos Ortiz is centered in a black mat withred borders borders on the frame. A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters “ Carlos Ortiz 3-Time World Boxing Champion, 2-Time Lightweight Division Champion”. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) #1036786 from JG Autographs is enclosed in an envelope and attached to a white mat on the back of the frame.
