Collecttible Store is proud to present, Carl Giammarese, is an American musician, singer-songwriter and record producer. He is best known as the lead guitarist and vocalist for The Buckinghams. His study of guitar began in 1960 and continued at Catholic grammar school St. Thomas of Canterbury and high school at Lane Tech. Influenced by a high school teacher, Giammareses musical interests expanded from surfer rock to jazz and early rhythm and blues. His first guitar was a used Harmony open top guitar, a gift from his father in 1960. Future legend and neighborhood guitarist Harvey Mandel was Giammareses next instructor, from whom Carl took lessons while part of his first band, The Centuries. By this point, he was using a solid-body Gibson SG guitar to play dates.The piece is a 16x20 placed in a 20x24 horizontal cherry wooden frame with 1 inch in depth. A clear glass was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and photo. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) is from PAAS #MF12971 is enclosed in an envelope and attached to a white mat on the back of the frame.
