Collectible Store is proud to present, Bruce Edward Kimm (born June 29, 1951) is a retired American professional baseball catcher and manager. He played all or part of four seasons in Major League Baseball for the Detroit Tigers, Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox between 1976 until 1980. He was a three-time all-state player in baseball and selected in the 7th round of the 1969 amateur draft by the White Sox, signing in his senior year of high school. Kimm made his major league debut with the Detroit Tigers on May 4, 1976, where he was Mark Fidrych's personal catcher in 1976 and 1977. He played his final major league game on September 19, 1980. The piece is a 9x12 horizontal black marble finish wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and card. A 2.5x3.5 card is hand signed in blue ink by Bruce Kimm and is centered in a navy blue mat. A golden name plate is centered on the right side of the sports card on the mat with the engraving in black letters “Bruce Kimm White Sox Authentic Signature”. The Certificate of Authentication (COA) from Professional Forensics Examiner Christopher L. Morales and hologram are enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a vertical plaque holder. The piece weighs 2 pounds.  #CM12867
