Collectible Store is proud to present Alvin Sims. Alvin Sims is an American former professional basketball player. A 6'4" guard from Paris High School in Paris, Kentucky, Sims played at the University of Louisville from 1993 to 1997, where he averaged 11.9 points per game as a junior. After competing in Greece and the CBA, Sims earned a spot with the Phoenix Suns of the NBA, but was released in May 1999 after scoring 11 points in four games. Sims also played in Venezuela, Greece, Italy, France, England, Lebanon, Iran and Cyprus. A 3x5 color sports card is hand signed in black ink by Alvin Sims and is centered in a white mat. A golden name plate is centered above the sports card with the engraving in black letters “Alvin Sims Louisville Authentic Signature”. Certified by The Genuine Article, Inc., and copy of the back of card is enclosed in an envelope and attached to the back of the plaque. The plaque includes a horizontal plaque holder. The piece weighs 2 pounds.
