The Collectible Store is proud to present Alan Horne.  As a Junior (2005): Selected in the 11th round of the 2005 Major League Baseball Draft by the New York Yankee.  Made 19 starts and finished 10-2 with a 4.05 earned run average…Claimed his final nine decisions of the season, including a spotless 3-0 mark during the NCAA Tournament.  Led the Gators in victories (10), innings pitched (113.1) and strikeouts (108).  Was the only UF pitcher to eclipse the century mark in K…Tossed a team-best 63.0 innings and registered 59 strikeouts in SEC play.  Was 6-1 with a 3.71 ERA.  Pitched 3.1 innings and totaled three strikeouts versus Arizona State in the College World Series on June 23 before departing with a leg injury.  Florida went on to defeat the Sun Devils, 6-3, to advance to the championship series  The piece is a 9 x 12 vertical black marble finish wooden plaque.  A 2½ x 3½ vertical sport card of Alan Horne, is on a black mat with authentic signature in blue ink.  Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the trading card.  A name plate with inscription in black ink “Alan Horne - New York - Authentic Signature”.  The Certified Autograph from Just Stars  is enclosed in an envelope and attached on the back of the frame.  It includes a vertical frame holder attached to the back.  The piece weighs 2½ pounds.
