Collectible Store is proud to present, Alfred "Al" Unser Sr. is an American automobile racing driver, the younger brother of fellow racing drivers Jerry and Bobby Unser, and father of Al Unser, Jr.. Now retired, he is the second of three men to have won the Indianapolis 500-Mile Race four times, the fourth of five to have won the race in consecutive years, and won in American Championship Car Racing in 1970, 1983, and 1985. He is the only person to have both a sibling (Bobby) and child (Al Jr.) as fellow Indy 500 winners. Al's nephews Johnny and Robby Unser have also competed in that race.The piece is a 14x14 placed in a 16x16 horizontal black wooden frame with 1 inch in depth with Tru Vue Conservation Grade 99% UV Protection. Clear glass was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and photo. An 8x10 color photo of Al Usner is hand signed in blue ink and is centered in a blue mat with yellow borders on the frame. A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters "Al Unser Sr. American Race Car Driver Inducted Into the International Motorsports Hall of Fame (1998). The Certificate of Authentication (COA) is from JG Autographs is enclosed in an envelope and attached to a white mat on the back of the frame. The frame includes a horizontal frame holder attached to the back. The piece weighs 4 pounds.
