He is the son of pitcher Dave LaRoche and the brother of third baseman Andy LaRoche.  The piece is a 9 x 12 vertical cherry wooden plaque with 1 inch in depth with acrylic. Clear acrylic was used on this fine piece to protect the autograph and card. A 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 color baseball card of Adam LaRoche, hand signed in black ink is centered in a black mat. A golden name plate is centered on the bottom part of the mat with the engraving in black letters "Adam LaRoche Pirates Authentic Signature ". The plaque includes a vertical plaque holder.
